Rolo Cookies

Just before Thanksgiving I was hunting for one more sweet to serve on our dessert buffet. I wanted to find something yummy but also easy since I'd have a lot of other treats to whip up. In my bookmarks was this recipe for Rolo Cookies and I decided to give it a shot since they fit the bill. Well they were a huge hit and since then they've become my go to cookie recipe when I need to whip something up in a flash. They always receive rave reviews. If you are looking for a quick treat to whip up last minute for neighbors + friends or need something to bring with you to Christmas gatherings I highly recommend you give Rolo Cookies a shot!

  2. another yummy treat (and even easier!) with rolos are rolo turtles. Use tiny twist pretzels...top them with a rolo and put them in the oven at 250 for no more than 5 minutes. Take them out and press a pecan half onto each softened candy. Let harden and voila! They're unbelievably easy, good and addicting!
Thanks for your recipe. Can't wait to try it!
