Paper Doll Sale

Illustrator, Emilee Rose has created lovely paper dolls for some time now. Sadly she is discontinuing them to pursue other projects. The bright side is these cute little dolls are on sale 50% until she sells out. That makes them only six bucks a piece! They'd be an adorable birthday gift and/or cute framed in a child's room. Scoop 'em up for the little girls in your life (or for yourself, I won't tell!)

Sweet Stylings

When browsing Magpie Lovely the other day I came across some delicious little works of art. Carey Hanes designs these tasty paintings perfect for a child's room or a sweet kitchen. Cupcakes + cakes are whipped up with paper, acrylic paint and fabric too. They look yummy enough to eat right?

Stella McCartney for Gap Kids / Baby Gap

Stella McCartney has teamed up with Gap and will be launching her first full children's collection under Gap Kids and Baby Gap the first of next month. A sneak peek of the campaign photos and pieces in the collection have me wishing I was a little one again! For those of you that have children of your own, this collection will keep them stylish this season. I think she balances a designer look with childlike qualities really well. Don't you wish these looks came in adult sizes?!?

Beautiful Babies

Nothing is as beautiful as a child! Except maybe photographs of a little girl wearing a pretty dress. Today while visiting a favorite photographer of mine, Kelly Moore's blog my heart smiled. Her little girl Posey is just too cute in her new dress. So then of course I headed over to ZoZoBugBaby's etsy store to see more cute clothing and adorableness abounded. Seriously if you have a little girl, or love a little girl you have to visit this store!

Mood Board for Baby

My friend is expecting her first child at the very end of the year (may be a New Year's baby) and I put together a mood board for the nursery.

Here were some of her parameters:
  • they will not find out the gender of the baby so it has to be gender neutral
  • walls need to stay the khaki color, they plan on selling the house sooner than later
  • needed crib, bedding, glider, lighting and decor for under $1500
  • finding items at places she could register would be a plus
So here here's what I came up with...

Dwell Studio for Target Circles and Rings Bedding
Open All Night Clock
Hangin' Around Lamps
Allison Rocker/Glider
Cosmo Window Panels
Lauren 4 in 1 Classic Crib
Striperoo Rug
Dance of the Cranes Mobile
Personalized Baby Bird Art
Rabbit Push Toy

Do you guys have any suggestions on decor, toys and pretty things for baby?

Fairy House

As a kid I would have thought this fairy house was so magical and fantastic. As an adult I still do! What a great project to do with kids (or alone, no one will judge). And if that isn't enough cuteness, can you imagine a tiny house furnished like this? Amazing!
