Rolo Cookies

Just before Thanksgiving I was hunting for one more sweet to serve on our dessert buffet. I wanted to find something yummy but also easy since I'd have a lot of other treats to whip up. In my bookmarks was this recipe for Rolo Cookies and I decided to give it a shot since they fit the bill. Well they were a huge hit and since then they've become my go to cookie recipe when I need to whip something up in a flash. They always receive rave reviews. If you are looking for a quick treat to whip up last minute for neighbors + friends or need something to bring with you to Christmas gatherings I highly recommend you give Rolo Cookies a shot!

  1. Yummy! I'll try any new recipe for cookies!! Thanks! And Happy Holidays!

  2. another yummy treat (and even easier!) with rolos are rolo turtles. Use tiny twist them with a rolo and put them in the oven at 250 for no more than 5 minutes. Take them out and press a pecan half onto each softened candy. Let harden and voila! They're unbelievably easy, good and addicting!
Thanks for your recipe. Can't wait to try it!

  3. Those cookies look so yummy and delightful! Merry Christmas!

  4. Oh my...those look good! And EASY :)
Thanks for the link & Merry Christmas!

  5. Longfellow Mama: I have tried Rolo Turtles before. They are one of my faves! I promise these are even better,
