Dip Dyed Window Art

I am a huge fan of Anthropologie. Not just their unique clothing and lovely home goods make my heart patter. Their merchandising/store/window displays are often as exciting as shopping there. Wanna see their latest?

First they dyed fabric out in the woods. How inspiring is this photo?!?

And the results of their craftiness...

  1. Everything about Anthropologie makes me smile :-) Scratch that, their prices don't make me smile (but that's ok because I adore everything else!)

  11. I am a display coordinator at Anthropologie in Newport Beach, CA and we also have the dyed spectrum windows. Ours are a bit different and I didn't get to dye my fabric in thw woods, but they were so fun to create!

I also made dip dyed canvas totes to be given out to our customers. You can check them out here: ruthiauda.com/blog/?p=1280

  12. I love Anthropologie too! (duh, I think that statements has been echoed over and over again) I so wish they had a blog. Free People has a blog and it's interesting when they blog about their displays. I would love to read more on the inside of Anthropologie. If you find they have anything like this, please let me know. Right now, I'm bookmarking your blog and on my way to go visit the above blog!
